Abacus Realty provide free Rental Appraisals, promote and advertise your property. Complete the REINZ Residential Tenancy Agreement and Bond forms which the Landlord signs. Collect one weeks rent in advance, plus three weeks bond which we lodge with the Bond Centre. When cheques are cleared the rent is promptly forwarded to the Landlord.

All Prospective Tenants complete comprehensive Tenancy Application Forms and are carefully interviewed before selection to ensure we find the best available, tenant for your property.

We can provide Landlords with full details of suitable applicants, or if preferred we arrange  Landlord/Tenant meetings before finalising the tenancy.

Tenants must give 21 Days notice in writing before vacating. Please contact Abacus Realty on receiving notice – we can often find new tenants prior to the existing tenant vacating, this will minimise loss of rent.
